Looking to watch Iran vs. Nigeria, but don't know when it starts or where to watch it online? AL.com has you covered.
Iran kicks off against Nigeria at 3 p.m. EST/2 p.m. CT in the second Group F match of the World Cup 2014 tournament. For many, Iran vs. Nigera is just a way to kill time before Monday's primetime United States-Ghana match. This World Cup match could be the least anticipated of the opening round, as neither country is ranked in the Top 30 in the world and neither is considered a favorite to advance out of the group stages.

What to expect in this game? Iran will likely play defensively, with a few counter-attacks when opportunities pop up. Out of its few scoring threats, Reza Ghoochannejhad and Ashkan Dejagh are two to watch for Iran. Nigeria didn't look great in its friendly tune-up against the United States June 7, but still enters this match as the favorite. Nigerian striker Emmanuel Emenike can be dangerous when given an opportunity and will certainly draw a lot of Iran's defensive attention. Nigeria winning this match 1-0 wouldn't be much of a surprise.
