Former site of Texas Roadhouse restaurant sells for $1.7 million - al.com

MOBILE, Alabama -- Investors from out-of-town purchased the former site of the Texas Roadhouse, a restaurant on Airport Boulevard, for $1.7 million, according to James Saad, of Saad Development.

Property records list JCC LLC as the most recent owner of the 7,000-square foot property,  and its market value was appraised at a little over $2 million.

The casual-dining restaurant closed last month, according to Saad.
